Today I was making cheesecake. At first I made a bottom for cheesecake from cookies and butter. Then I put the bottom of the cheesecake to the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Later I made the stuffing for cheesecake. It consists of sour cream, eggs, "Philadelphia" ,peel and juice of lemon, sugar, flour. To poured stuffing from above and put it to the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, later I took out the cheesecake and let it cool and then put to the oven for 25 minutes at 95 degrees.
I also helped with rifling and cleaning vegetables.
